Holistic Services for Timeless Places
Designing places where Scandinavian simplicity meets Mediterranean culture.
At Block722, every project begins with a careful reading of the land—its light, winds, natural topography and microclimate. Working across strategy, architecture, interiors, art and product design, we shape places that belong to their landscape and support the rituals of everyday life.
Our role often extends beyond design. We collaborate with clients, developers and hospitality operators from the earliest stages of a project, helping define its direction, identity and long-term value.
Architecture
Our architecture is rooted in place.
Land-driven design and microclimate awareness guide every decision, from massing to materiality. We seek a dialogue with the landscape, creating buildings that feel connected to their surroundings and responsive to the way people live.
Interior Design
Our interiors balance Scandinavian intimacy with Mediterranean openness.
Quiet minimalism, natural materials and sensory calmness come together to create spaces shaped by light, atmosphere and everyday rituals. Each interior is designed to feel timeless, comfortable and deeply human.
Project Delivery
Design excellence requires careful execution.
From concept to construction, we coordinate every stage of the process to ensure clarity, quality and consistency. For complex and large-scale developments, we employ BIM methodologies to support collaboration, informed decision-making and efficient project delivery.
Product Design
Our design process often extends beyond the building itself.
We create bespoke furniture, lighting and objects developed specifically for our projects, working closely with artisans and makers. Each piece reflects the same commitment to material honesty, craftsmanship and longevity that defines our architecture.
Art Consulting
Art is considered an integral part of the architectural experience.
Working with artists, galleries and collectors, we curate pieces that strengthen a project's identity and create meaningful connections between people, culture and place.
