Located in Dubai’s Jumeirah district, the project consists of three contemporary homes that focus on the relationship between privacy, light, and the surrounding landscape. Designed by Block722, these residences feature soft, sculpted forms, a minimalist material palette, and an architectural style that balances solidity with openness. Thoughtfully placed openings frame curated views and invite abundant natural light, with lush courtyards and sheltered outdoor spaces that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
To adapt to the local climate effectively, the villas include deep overhangs, shaded terraces, and seamless connections between indoor and outdoor areas, promoting year-round living. Calm, timeless, and deeply rooted in their environment, these three residences represent a refined approach to contemporary residential architecture, where simplicity, permanence, and a strong connection to nature enrich everyday living experiences.
