Lumen Residence is a refined penthouse sanctuary envisioned by Block722 in the residential neighbourhood of Papagou, Athens. Conceived as both a living laboratory and a warm family home, the project embodies the studio’s philosophy of organic luxury — where natural materials, and spatial harmony define everyday life. Set atop a contemporary interpretation of the Greek polykatoikia, the residence unfolds across two light-filled levels, seamlessly connecting interior and exterior spaces. Marble, travertine, and warm wood surfaces create a tactile calmness, while bespoke furnishings and handcrafted elements ensure a deeply personal character. Designed with wellness and environmental sensitivity at its core, Lumen Residence balances precision with softness, structure with serenity.
