BIM Coordinator

Our studio is looking for a Bim Coordinator with 10-15 years of experience, with background
in architecture, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage BIM coordination across all project phases.
Maintain and evolve office-wide BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
Set up and oversee project models in Revit and Common Data Environments (e.g.,
BIM 360).
Provide hands-on support to architectural teams with BIM tools and workflows,
particularly Autodesk Revit.
Conduct clash detection, model audits, and ensure quality standards throughout
project development.
Offer technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting to project teams.
Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external consultants
regarding BIM deliverables.
Continuously monitor the performance and quality of BIM models to ensure
compliance with project-specific requirements.
