Construction Manager
Our studio is looking for a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
As a Construction Manager, you will lead our projects from pre-construction through to final handover, making sure the architectural vision is realized on site to the highest standard. You will be the link between design and execution, coordinating teams, safeguarding quality, and keeping projects on time and on budget. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a design-driven environment and pays close attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from early design and pre-construction stages through to completion and handover
- Ensure the architectural design is implemented accurately and faithfully on site
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Monitor timelines, budgets and resource allocation, anticipating and resolving issues early
- Oversee on-site execution and uphold high-quality, detail-driven standards
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and local regulations
- Identify risks and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges
- Support procurement and material selection processes
- Resolve construction details in line with the design intent
- Track progress and prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and final handover
Skills Required:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 6+ years of experience in construction project management or site management
- Strong understanding of construction processes and technical documentation
- Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A structured, detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a design-driven environment and navigate complex workflows
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office
- Fluency in English
