Block722 is an Athens-based multidisciplinary architecture studio, founded in 2009 by architect Sotiris Tsergas and interior designer Katja Margaritoglou. The studio blends Greek and Scandinavian heritage with interdisciplinary experience to create work that is confident, natural, and timeless.
Rooted in landscape, craftsmanship, and human rituals, Block722 designs sensory architecture that reconnects people with nature, place, and everyday life. Projects range from residential and commercial to hospitality, all managed in-house from concept to construction. The studio emphasizes the use of natural materials, artisanal crafts, and collaborations with local artists.
Every project is approached as a strategic journey: from understanding the site’s potential and conceptual resonance. Block722 weaves together experience, context, and long-term value, moving seamlessly from master planning to detail and shaping spaces that are both beautiful and meaningful.
